FinFix Shared Services (Pty) Ltd, operating as FinFix, will not share any information with unauthorised third parties. We confirm that the following third parties are authorised to use consumers' personal information: FinFix Shared Services (Pty) Ltd and its subsidiaries, such as FinFix.

FinFix will use the information provided by consumers only for the intended purposes. Consumers give FinFix permission during the identity verification process to obtain the consumer's full credit report from Xpert Decision Systems (XDS). Consumers authorise FinFix to store their personal information in its system for as long as necessary, from the moment the consumer has filled out the 'Contact Us' form on FinFix's website.

When you provide your contact details to FinFix, you agree to receive information in the form of emails, phone calls, or text messages from authorised third parties. The nature of this communication will relate to the financial industry.

We are committed to the exclusive use of your personal information for the stated purposes and will process it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This policy outlines our practices for handling, storing, and protecting your data and/or personal information. It also affirms your rights and how they can be exercised.

You have the right to withdraw your consent and refuse further communication at any time by sending an email to info@finfix.co.za.
